The Brief

Old Lanwarnick, a luxury holiday cottage destination in Cornwall, needed a website that would accurately represent their brand and offerings. They required a platform that would provide comprehensive information about the cottages, facilities, local area, and additional services. The site also needed to highlight their awards, recognitions, and unique features including dog-friendly amenities, family-friendly activities, spa treatments, and sustainability efforts.

The Result

We crafted a visually appealing and user-friendly website for Old Lanwarnick that perfectly encapsulates the charm and luxury of their holiday cottages. The site is easy to navigate, packed with valuable information, and exudes the peaceful atmosphere of the Cornish countryside.

The homepage provides an enticing overview of Old Lanwarnick, highlighting the location’s seclusion and proximity to the sea. It introduces the available cottages – Honey Pot, Spice Barn, Rainbow Cottage, Blackberry Barn, Hob Nob, and The Old Farmhouse – each with specific features and amenities.

Each cottage’s page gives detailed information about the bedrooms, bathrooms, shower facilities, terraces, pet-friendly options, and other amenities like fully-fitted kitchens equipped with modern appliances. We made sure to spotlight the added bonuses such as the complimentary welcome hamper, baby and toddler essentials, ultrafast WiFi, and the doggy welcome pack.

The ‘Facilities’ section showcases the on-site gym, EV charging points, and all-weather hot tub. Meanwhile, the ‘Local Area’ page offers visitors a glimpse of the nearby attractions, from the Heritage South Coast to picturesque fishing villages.

Finally, we incorporated a virtual tour feature, allowing visitors to explore the cottages from the comfort of their own homes. This gives potential guests a feel for the luxury and comfort that awaits them at Old Lanwarnick.
