Winchester Water Softeners’ focus was to increase the lead generation capabilities of the website, as well as acting as an educational platform for potential customers. My client had a wealth of content available to him, but this was also used by a number of other similar businesses, so he wanted something to help him to stand out from the crowd. As with all websites, mobile optimisation was also key to this brief.
A video of a water droplet on the homepage gives this website the instant wow factor and grabs the user’s attention, whilst clearly depicting what the company is all about – water! The main aim of this website was to gain leads, therefore contact information and lead generating contact forms can be found in clear view on every page of this website. I also used interactive features within this website, such as a before and after slider, to entice visitors to get involved within the educational elements of the site.
Finally someone who knew exactly what I needed as a small business and not the same website as everyone else. Jessica went through all the options and I have a fabulous new website just about to be launched for a lot less than some supposed “experts” were trying to charge. Jessica also steered me in the right direction for a new logo. 100% recommendation unless you are a competitor of mine.
