When I met Cheney, she had just had a website completed by a team who didn’t really understand her requirements and left her with a website that she felt did not reflect the true spirit of her brand. Cheney wanted someone to take the basis of the website that she had already spent thousands of pounds on and play around with the design and layout to create something that she could be proud of. Without a clear vision of exactly what it was that Cheney wanted, we spent time analysing the business, the offering and the outcomes required to formulate a plan of action to create her dream site.
Whilst still a work in progress, Cheney is now delighted with the look and feel of her website and happy to share it with the world, allowing her to push forward marketing her business. Defined categories included in the main menu, allows customers to easily navigate the website and find the products they are looking for. A large slider header allows Cheney to highlight key ranges, events, promotions or product launches, with the beautiful photography of her stunning pieces. A lot of work still needs to be done on the site, with additional product groupings, improved site navigation and streamlining the site for faster load times all on the to-do list, as and when budget allows. Both Cheney and I are very happy with the outcome so far and look forward to seeing what this website can turn into with time!
